About the role

This is a founding product engineering role at the intersection of research, backend systems, and user experience.

You will:

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Turn research capabilities into usable, reliable, and scalable products
• Work deeply with databases, APIs, and AI systems
• Design systems where correctness, trust, and transparency matter
• Own features from concept to production to iteration
• Think deeply about edge cases, failure modes, and product boundaries
• Help define what “AI-native products” should look like from first principles

Required experience

• Strong experience shipping full-stack or product-focused systems in production
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and complex data flows
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into real, shipped software
• Strong engineering judgment and product intuition
• High ownership mindset. You build it, you run it, you improve it
