Your Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Seller Marketing

  • Identify ideal customer profiles through market analysis and industry trends, supporting the introduction of our broker model where applicable.
  • Own and manage the pipeline of potential sellers by region and industry to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Establish and develop new business relationships through direct outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events), including lead qualification.
  • Convert marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities and collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to close deals.
  • Develop new lead-generation methods, analyse acquisition performance, and jointly monitor the sales pipeline with Sales and Marketing teams.


Bidder Marketing

  • Support the central marketing team in achieving country-specific KPIs.
  • Identify and develop new local marketing opportunities.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, and evaluate tailored campaigns for large, high-profile auctions.
  • Improve local advertising through content creation, optimization, and translations.
  • Increase brand awareness in collaboration with local PR through articles, whitepapers, blogs, and videos.
  • Manage regional social media channels to ensure consistent brand positioning and increased engagement.
  • Analyse seller and bidder dashboards to identify growth opportunities for marketing and sales.


Collaboration & Integration

  • Act as the main marketing point of contact for sales colleagues and support the maintenance of auction quality.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to share best practices.
  • Work closely with the central performance marketing and CRM teams on seller and bidder campaigns.
  • Develop country- and industry-specific sales presentations and pitch decks.


What we’re looking For

  • A hands-on and versatile sales/marketing professional with 2–3 years of experience in lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong digital affinity and a results-driven, commercial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to generate insights and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven experience in content creation, localized campaign optimization, and social media management.
