Job description
Senior Account Executive – Software Services
Location: Hybrid (Manchester – 2–3 days onsite/week)
Salary: £70K–£80K base + Double OTE (uncapped commission)
Focus: New business acquisition in Software or IT Technical Services
Sales Cycle: Full-cycle ownership – from prospecting to closing, then account management (upsell/cross-sell)

They’re looking for driven, passionate, and innovative Senior Account Executive to join a non-traditional sales environment where professionalism and service-based selling take precedence over brash tactics or the “gift of the gab.”
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in high AOV B2B sales (Software / IT Technical Services)
- Proven New business experience
- Sales Style: Consultative, long-cycle (not transactional)
- Traits: Detail-oriented, resilient, self-driven, and growth-focused
