A standout opportunity in surgical sales

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international, market‑leading medical device manufacturer specialising in innovative surgical power tools with clear, tangible clinical and commercial benefits.

With a century‑long heritage, a strong reputation in theatres, and continued growth, this role offers exceptional long‑term career development and earning potential.

Why consider this role?

Strong earning potential with uncapped commission

You’ll be supported with full product training, structured onboarding, and realistic targets in a business that invests heavily in its people.

The Role

As Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing, winning, and growing business across hospitals in the North of the UK, developing strong clinical and procurement relationships.

You’ll work closely with:

  • Surgeons & Consultants
  • ODPs and Theatre Nurses
  • Theatre Managers
  • Procurement & Supply Chain

The product portfolio spans hip & knee, spine, neuro, oral, ENT, and maxillofacial procedures, giving you a broad and credible presence in theatre.

This is a new‑business‑driven role, ideal for someone with ambition, energy, and the confidence to influence in high‑pressure clinical environments.

Who we’re looking for
