What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and grow a £600k+ portfolio across new and existing financial services clients
  • Lead consultative conversations to design tailored learning programmes with in-house experts
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing
  • Influence strategic direction through market insight and client feedback


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales, ideally in learning or financial services
  • Strong ability to open doors, build trust, and convert interest into long-term client relationships
  • Excellent written communication and pitch writing skills
  • Commercial drive with the ability to work autonomously and to revenue targets
