Role Responsibilities

• Build and expand the surgery heart division
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption and market share.
• Identify, approach, and open new accounts – a high-activity, door-opening role.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and clinical support as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the established team
• Represent the organisation at conferences, academy sessions, and KOL events across Europe.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years recent experience selling selling surgical heart products
• Maximum ~10 years’ total experience – this is an individual contributor role, not management.
• Comfortable building a market from scratch: proactive, resilient, and strategic.
• Strong ability to drive new business, open doors, and challenge the status quo.
