Account Manager

£30k plus 5k OTE

Role Overview

The Account Manager plays a key role in driving commercial growth by building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of customer partnerships, influence outcomes, and contribute directly to the success of a growing business.


If you enjoy relationship-led sales, managing multiple opportunities, and being trusted to run your own accounts while working as part of a supportive team, this role offers both challenge and progression.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and progress sales opportunities.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and coordinate internally where required.
  • Take ownership of a defined customer portfolio and build effective working relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through repeat business and additional services.
  • Proactively identify new contacts or opportunities within existing relationships.
  • Monitor customer activity and identify accounts at risk of disengagement.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared objectives.


About you:

  • Experience in an account management or customer-facing sales role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident use of CRM systems and standard business tools
  • Commercially aware and target-focused
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a team
