£30k plus 5k OTE

Role Overview
The Account Manager plays a key role in driving commercial growth by building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of customer partnerships, influence outcomes, and contribute directly to the success of a growing business.
If you enjoy relationship-led sales, managing multiple opportunities, and being trusted to run your own accounts while working as part of a supportive team, this role offers both challenge and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress sales opportunities.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and coordinate internally where required.
- Take ownership of a defined customer portfolio and build effective working relationships.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through repeat business and additional services.
- Proactively identify new contacts or opportunities within existing relationships.
- Monitor customer activity and identify accounts at risk of disengagement.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared objectives.
About you:
- Experience in an account management or customer-facing sales role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident use of CRM systems and standard business tools
- Commercially aware and target-focused
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a team
