Senior Account Executive – Financial Crime Software

Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid London office)

Package: £90,000 - £110,000 with a Double OTE (Uncapped)

We’re partnered with a global market leader in Financial Crime, Fraud, AML, and Compliance technology, trusted by many of the world’s leading financial institutions. This is a business operating at significant global scale, heavily invested in AI and innovation, and consistently recognised as a category leader.

As part of continued growth across UK & Ireland, they’re hiring an Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the region, selling a highly regarded portfolio of enterprise Financial Crime solutions.

The Role

This is a new business–focused Account Executive role with ownership of a defined target account list across banking and financial services.

You’ll:

• Win new enterprise customers across UK & Irish financial institutions
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Sell complex Fraud, AML, and Compliance platforms via a consultative approach
• Engage senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, and Technology
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline while consistently exceeding quota

What They’re Looking For

• Proven success as an enterprise Account Executive
• Strong hunter / new logo mindset
• Experience selling complex, high-value software solutions
• Background in Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Compliance, RegTech, or Risk preferred
• Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Competitive, driven, and motivated by performance
