The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM records
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with customers by phone, video, or in person
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
