International Sales Manager – Personal Care & HI&I

Specialty Chemicals | EU & Middle East | Remote

£50,000–£65,000 + car allowance

We’re hiring an International Sales Manager to grow our Personal Care and HI&I business across Europe and the Middle East, selling surfactants and specialty chemicals to leading formulators and manufacturers.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow key Personal Care & HI&I accounts across EU & ME
• Drive new business with formulators, manufacturers, and distributors
• Lead commercial negotiations and long-term account strategy
• Work closely with technical and supply teams to deliver customer solutions

What we’re looking for

• International B2B sales experience in specialty chemicals
• Strong knowledge of surfactants / ingredients
• Experience in Personal Care and/or HI&I markets
• Confident managing multi-country accounts and remote working
• Willingness to travel internationally
