You’ll join our tight knit, commercially savvy crew. Supporting the development, planning and delivery of creative and innovative proposals for client campaigns across our digital estate.

What you will be doing:

Working as part of Ocean’s Sales and Business Development group to maintain, generate and administer revenues from agency, specialist and direct client portfolio for Ocean Outdoor.

  • Provide exceptional levels of service to the UK’s leading OOH specialists, media agencies, and direct clients.
  • You’ll consistently seek new opportunities to connect and collaborate, generating year on year NRR across your portfolio
  • You will navigate and build strong relationships across all levels within your client portfolio
  • Commercially savvy – using your expertise to design and execute value driven offerings
  • Solution focussed – able to extract narrative from complexity and take others on a journey
  • Prepare pre and post campaign information using in house systems – availability, playout reports, photography
  • Accurate Reporting

-pipeline and portfolio development KPIs

-ongoing campaign monitoring and pre/ post-delivery analysis

-budget, forecasting and ROI measurement

  • Collaborate closely with your Ocean colleagues in Ocean Labs, Studio, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to plan, deliver, and ensure smooth running of external and internal campaigns across Ocean’s portfolio and maximize revenue development opportunities
  • Organised and methodical, maintains accurate NRR sales reporting figures (Daily/ Weekly/Monthly KPIs)
  • Maintain excellent records, client proposals and case studies
  • Competently navigate and maintain relevant sales systems and monitoring platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Playbook, Playcheck).
  • Represent Ocean at industry functions and events

  • A passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for Digital Out of Home and wider media ecosystem
  • Powerpoint/keynote skills
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems and databases (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Flexibility to travel to various UK cities
