I am partnering with an established luxury fashion house to recruit a commercially driven Store Manager for its boutique on Conduit Street. This opportunity is also open to experienced Assistant Managers who are ready to step into a Store Manager role.

This brand is a French luxury fashion house renowned for its mastery of fur, leather, and outerwear. Founded in 1920, the brand has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and timeless elegance, blending traditional artisanal techniques with modern aesthetics. Each piece is carefully produced in-house or in collaboration with expert ateliers, emphasizing quality, precision, and sustainability.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will lead from the front, combining strong sales performance with exceptional operational oversight. You will be highly present on the shop floor, driving revenue through personal selling, VIP clienteling, and team development, while ensuring the boutique operates to the highest luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store performance through hands-on selling and relationship-led clienteling
• Build, maintain, and grow a strong VIP and HNW client base
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee all store operations including stock management, VM standards, rotas, and compliance
• Manage KPIs, reporting, and commercial action plans
• Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and excellence in service

About You

• Proven experience in luxury or premium fashion retail
• Strong personal sales record and confidence working with VIP clients
• Solid operational and people-management skills
• Currently a Store Manager or an Assistant Manager ready to progress
• Commercially astute, hands-on, and service-led
• Passionate about craftsmanship, product, and luxury retail excellence
