Territory Sales Manager – M62 Corridor | Foodservice

Location: Field-based (M62 Corridor – Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool & surrounding areas)

Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + bonus + car allowance

As part of continued UK growth, Oliehoorn is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to cover the M62 corridor, including Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and surrounding areas.


The Role

This is a field-based sales and account management role, focused on developing existing customers while driving targeted new business growth across a high-density foodservice territory.

You will inherit a portfolio of current customers—regular buyers and member accounts—while proactively expanding Oliehoorn’s presence across independent foodservice operators along the M62 corridor. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, increasing volume, and identifying growth opportunities within your region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of foodservice customers across the M62 corridor
  • Conduct regular face-to-face visits to strengthen relationships and increase sales
  • Win targeted new business within QSRs, kebab houses, pizza shops, fish & chip shops, takeaways, and fast-casual operators
  • Work closely with wholesalers and distribution partners to maximise sales and visibility
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers within your territory
  • Track performance, manage your pipeline, and deliver against monthly and quarterly targets


About You

  • Experience in foodservice, FMCG, or route-to-market sales/account management (preferred)
  • A strong relationship builder who enjoys being out in the field
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, hands-on approach to account growth
  • Well organised with strong territory and time management skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own diary
  • Full UK driving licence
