Vent-Axia, part of Volution Group plc, improves the indoor environment by providing ventilation solutions across the Residential and Commercial New Build, Repair and Maintenance segments of the UK Construction market with a focus in Private and Public housing, New Build developments and Commercial and Industrial buildings.
We’re on the lookout for two ambitious, driven sales professionals to join our expanding Commercial & Industrial (C&I) team. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact in a fast-moving environment this is your opportunity.
Bonus points if you have:
- Distributor account management experience for the DAM role
- Technical sales or specification experience for the ASM role
Distribution Account Manager, Midlands (ideally based near Dudley)
Own key distributor relationships. Drive growth. Deliver results.
You’ll take ownership of high-value distributor accounts across the Midlands up to the Northeast, protecting existing business while unlocking new revenue streams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys strategic account management, collaboration, and delivering best-in-class customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing sales with nominated distributor partners
- Building strong relationships from branch level to senior stakeholders
- Managing demand, forecasting and stock visibility
- Driving account performance through insight and reporting
- Supporting pricing strategies, product launches and promotions
- Spotting opportunities and turning them into wins
Area Sales Manager, Contractors/ Consultants- Southeast and Southwest (ideally based near Oxford)
Influence projects. Win specifications. Close commercial deals.
This is a fast-paced, solution-driven role where you’ll work directly with consultants and contractors to secure specifications and convert projects into sales. Ideal for technically confident sales professionals who love being out in the field building pipelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving sales through consultants and contractors
- Track projects through the RIBA stages to nominated contractor & drive to an outcome/sale.
- Delivering CPDs and technical presentations minimum 8 per month
- Tracking projects from design stage to order placement
- Winning specifications and securing commercial contracts
- Growing contractor relationships across your territory
- Representing the business at industry events and networking functions
- Coordinate customer engagement events, including evening and weekend hospitality activities with clients
