Senior Account Manager, London
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Account Manager to join a rapidly growing AI healthtech company. You will lead relationships with agency, pharma, and med device partners - delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns with real-time analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaigns across the full lifecycle, from planning through to reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and agency partners
- Track KPIs and translate performance data into clear insights
- Build and share campaign performance dashboards
- Coordinate creative assets, timelines, and QA with clients and agencies
- Collaborate internally to support product improvement and client success
- Build strong client relationships to support growth
About You
- Experienced in account management within medical communications, pharma, agency, or clinician-facing platforms
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape (including ABPI)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident, proactive, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
