Mondrian Alpha is offering an opportunity for Search Consultants/Recruiters to join one of the fastest-growing and highest performing executive search firms globally.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for ambitious recruiters, you don't need direct experiene in the Hedge Fund and Alternatives market, who are excited by the chance to take their career to a top percentile search firm with global reach. We have opportunities to join us in London, New York and Dubai.

As a Consultant, you will:

• Leverage your experience as a high calibre recruiter/search consultant and learn and develop in the buy-side market.
• Work alongside experienced consultants and revenue generators with $1m+ track records
• Benefit from live mandates and an established client base from day one
• Enjoy the autonomy and scope to originate and grow your own desk

Who We’re Looking For

• 1 - 5 years’ experience in recruitment/executive search
• Have a strong recruitment track record and be amongst the top performers in your current firm
• Strong academic background and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, keen to build and grow in a fast-developing market
• Willingness to embrace the opportunity and apply yourself to learning and development
