Closers Wanted | Client-Facing Sales
Location: London (5 days office-based with daily site tours)
Salary: Up to £65k base
Commission: £1k per deal (accelerated to £1.5k when target exceeded)
Earnings: Top performers earning £3k+ per month in commission

I’m partnering with a market-leading provider of plug-and-play professional kitchens, helping food brands launch, scale and expand delivery operations without the friction of traditional bricks-and-mortar sites.
This is a genuinely consultative sales role. You are not just selling space. You are helping brands make smart, scalable decisions about how and where they grow their delivery offering.

- Independent food brands launching their first delivery sites
- High-growth challenger brands looking to expand quickly
- Established, multi-site restaurant groups scaling delivery nationwide
This solution is built for all food delivery models, from single-site operators to national rollouts.

The Role
This is a client-facing, full sales cycle role for commercially sharp closers who can combine pace with consultative selling.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the full sales cycle from outbound to close
- Selling directly to food brands and restaurant operators
- Running discovery to understand each brand’s growth plans
Advising on the right setup to ensure brands can scale and expand their delivery solution effectively
- Hosting in-person site tours on a daily basis
- Negotiating and closing new brand partnerships
- Managing and growing accounts post-close as brands expand
- Acting as a trusted commercial partner to your client
This is a 5-day office-based role with daily site tours and face-to-face meetings.
Targets & Commission
- Target: 3 new brands signed per month
- Commission: £1,000 per deal
- Accelerator: £1,500 per deal when you exceed target
- Top performers earning £3k+ per month in commission

Who They’re Looking For
⚡ A must-have requirement:
4+ years’ experience in a full 360 closing role, owning the sales cycle from lead generation through pitch to close.... Also
- Experience in face-to-face, client-facing sales
- Strong consultative selling ability
- Confident engaging with businesses of all sizes
- Comfortable selling into independent operators and large multi-site groups
- Commercially curious and solutions-focused
- Background in hospitality, property, B2B or solutions sales is a strong advantage
