Person Specification

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • At least three years’ experience in a professional services environment, ideally within an international law firm.
  • Strong experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional and multi-practice proposals, including RFPs and panel submissions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (InterAction experience preferred) and deal databases.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the resilience to challenge and influence where needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work independently when required.
