Role Overview

We are looking for an Acquisitions Manager to support the team responsible for sourcing and securing new sites. This role involves working closely with property owners, managing documentation, supporting internal processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple projects. It is an integral part of helping the organisation expand and achieve its objectives while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and secure potential sites in line with company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, agents, and other external stakeholders.
  • Manage enquiries and provide accurate information to interested parties.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including agreements, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Support the acquisitions team with scheduling, communications, and workflow coordination.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure timely progress of projects.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in property, real estate, sales, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
