Client Manager – Account Manager (Promotional Merchandise)

Brentwood, Essex | 4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH

Salary: Up to £35,000

We’re partnering with a growing boutique promotional merchandise agency that creates standout branded solutions for some seriously impressive names across Retail, Consumer Electronics, and Pharma. They’re now looking for a Client Manager / Account Manager who loves building relationships and bringing creative campaigns to life.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on juggling projects, delighting clients, and making things happen.

The Role

• Own and nurture a portfolio of client accounts from brief to delivery
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and suppliers with precision
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts while keeping details watertight
• Work closely with internal teams in a collaborative, creative environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in promotional merchandise, print, or POS
• Strong client management and project coordination skills
• Commercially savvy, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable working with UK & EU markets and premium brands
• A confident communicator who enjoys a fast-paced, creative setting
