Key Account Manager – Field Based (UK)
Location: North West UK
About the Role
An opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the promotion and growth of a biosimilar and biologic portfolio across key UK accounts. This is a field-based role focused on sales performance, account strategy, and stakeholder engagement within regional healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account business plans
- Drive sales through engagement with HCPs, pharmacists, payers, and budget holders
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Work cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Deliver territory sales targets and maintain accurate CRM reporting
- Maintain high levels of clinical, technical, and market knowledge
- Act at all times with integrity and in full compliance with industry standards
Experience & Skills
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Proven success in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Biosimilars and/or biologics experience preferred
- Strong account management, influencing, and negotiation skills
- ABPI accredited
- Commercially driven, resilient, and collaborative
