Key Account Manager – Field Based (UK)

Location: North West UK



About the Role

An opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the promotion and growth of a biosimilar and biologic portfolio across key UK accounts. This is a field-based role focused on sales performance, account strategy, and stakeholder engagement within regional healthcare systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account business plans
  • Drive sales through engagement with HCPs, pharmacists, payers, and budget holders
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Work cross-functionally with Medical, Marketing, and Commercial teams
  • Deliver territory sales targets and maintain accurate CRM reporting
  • Maintain high levels of clinical, technical, and market knowledge
  • Act at all times with integrity and in full compliance with industry standards


Experience & Skills

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Proven success in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Biosimilars and/or biologics experience preferred
  • Strong account management, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • ABPI accredited
  • Commercially driven, resilient, and collaborative
