Sales Specialist – Medical Devices & Consumables | North West

Looking to break into medical sales or take the next step with a growing, privately owned organisation?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a continually expanding medical device business with strong products, excellent training, and genuinely attractive earning potential.

The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing, growing and winning business across hospitals in the North West, working across:

• ITU, Theatre, Pathology, A\&E and CT
• IV nurses, matrons, consultants, anaesthetists and key decision-makers

You’ll grow revenue through a blend of existing accounts and new business, with the opportunity to unlock multiple clinical areas within each hospital. Full product and company training is provided, with clear scope for career and earnings progression.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 18 months’ field-based B2B sales experience
• Strong new business focus – comfortable with cold calling and closing
• Commercially aware, driven and credible
• Medical or healthcare degree advantageous, as is any medical sales exposure

Package

• Basic salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
• Commission: £24,000+ uncapped
• Car allowance: £625 per month + generous mileage
