Regional Sales Manager – Netherlands & UK

A well-established European manufacturer focusing on solutions for detecting refrigerant gas leaks. Their mission centres on protecting people, property, and the environment by providing reliable and user-friendly safety technology. Their products include a range of fixed and portable gas detection systems.

What will you be doing?

The Regional Sales Manager (Netherlands & UK) will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while also developing new business opportunities. The role combines account management with new business development and requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in technical sales within refrigeration, HVACR, gas detection or related industries.
• Strong track record in both new business development and account management.
• Based in the Netherlands or UK, with willingness to travel across the region.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and driven personality.
