Sales Account Manager

Home‑based | UK (Regional Travel)


We’re looking for a Service Sales Manager to grow revenue across an existing customer base within a defined UK region. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑focused sales role converting warm leads, developing accounts, and identifying upsell opportunities across services, engines and spare parts.


What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow existing B2B customer relationships
  • Convert warm leads and inbound enquiries into orders
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across service and parts
  • Visit customers regularly across your region
  • Work closely with operations teams to progress opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
  • Attend customer sites, exhibitions and industry events

What we’re looking for

  • Proven B2B service or technical sales experience
  • Strong relationship‑management and follow‑up skills
  • Confident using CRM systems
  • Self‑organised and comfortable managing a territory
  • Willing to travel regularly within the UK

Desirable

  • Experience in marine, power generation or industrial sectors
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical systems or service sales cycles
