New Business Sales Manager - Wide Format & Graphics

Field-based

Up to £55,000 + 3% Uncapped Commission + Car + Private Health

This is an established wide-format and graphics business based in Yorkshire, known for quality production, serious kit, and getting things done properly. It’s now looking for a real new business salesperson — someone who can actually sell, not just manage existing accounts.

This is a new business–led role, focused on driving growth across wide-format print and graphics. Quality, capacity, and flexibility are already in place, you just need to open the doors!

The Role

You will be responsible for winning new business across the North & Midlands, and selling wide-format print and graphics, including:

• Banners
• Vehicle wraps
• Self-adhesive graphics
• Signage & display

You will develop long-term, profitable customer relationships and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will be given a small number of existing accounts to grow, but the expectation is clear: new business comes first.

Who We’re Looking For

• A true new business hunter
• Background in wide-format, large format, or graphics sales
• Comfortable prospecting, pitching, and closing
• Based anywhere in the North West, Yorkshire or Midlands
• Commercial, driven, and thick-skinned enough to work with a straight-talking owner

Not suitable for:

• Pure account managers
• People who rely on inbound leads
