Job description

Our client, a well-established Growth Equity fund, is looking for an Investment Associate to join their London team.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute growth equity investments across target sectors
• Build and review detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
• Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
• Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value-creation projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Growth Equity
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
• Native-level knowledge of an EU language
