We are working with a growing Tech business on the outskirts of the city who are looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their thriving sales team. Looking for a passionate and proactive individual, the successful candidate will be the go-to for support with valued customers as well as being a key driver in developing and nurturing new client relationships, identifying growth opportunities. This fully office-based role is an exciting opportunity to work with an market leading product within a dynamic team. Key duties will include;

  • Manage inbound enquiries
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop and contribute to sales campaign ideas
  • Liaise with External Account Managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with partners

This is a fantastic opportunity for this market leader; the successful candidate will have the following;

  • A graduate degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 GCSEs (grades A* to C), including Maths and English
  • A self-motivated, sales-driven attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Confidence and professionalism
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
  • Previous telesales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience (desirable but not essential)
