About the Role

We are looking for a Business Manager to a Board Member of KKCG Group — someone who thrives in an environment of growth, bold ambition and international scale. What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Board Member, maintaining a deep understanding of business priorities, goals, and challenges.
  • Support the Board Member in managing daily priorities and ensure seamless preparation, follow-up, and alignment across all commitments.
  • Anticipate needs, keep projects on track and address potential challenges before they arise.
  • Coordinate with senior executives, stakeholders and partners to ensure information flows smoothly and tasks move forward.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations and take minutes to support meetings and decision-making.
  • Draft and review correspondence and materials that reflect the Board Members’s style and intent.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant insights to support meetings and initiatives.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Executive Assistant to ensure the Board Member´s schedule and priorities are efficiently managed.


What You Bring

  • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Communications or a related field.
  • Early career experience in Business Operations, Strategy Consulting, Business Transformation or similar within a complex and international environment.
  • Previous experience as a Business Manager would be very useful.
  • Experience dealing wtih C-Suit level.
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Analytical thinking with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High levels of discretion, reliability and professionalism.
  • Proactive approach — someone who takes initiative and enjoys anticipating needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to summarise complex information clearly.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work outside traditional hours when necessary.
  • Fluency in English; Czech or Slovak language skills are a big plus.
