Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Manager role located in Stockport. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and act as a key point of contact for clients. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams, problem-solving, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in the exhibition or event industry is crucial
• Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle various projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site office environment
