Location: UK – Field Based (National Coverage)


Reports to: Managing Director


Pure Cold Solutions and Purecold Limited are seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager to lead national growth across our Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) portfolio, including refrigeration systems, HVAC, cold rooms, display cases, low-GWP solutions, and service & maintenance contracts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the national sales strategy
  • Grow revenue across retail, food service, cold chain, and commercial sectors
  • Manage key accounts including contractors, consultants, distributors, and end users
  • Lead major contract negotiations and support tenders
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Work closely with engineering, service, and operations teams
  • Prepare forecasts, pricing, and sales reports


About You

  • Proven sales management experience within Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or HVAC
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the sector regulations and sustainable solutions
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable with national travel
  • Full UK driving licence
