We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a dynamic team in Central London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing & Growing Accounts– Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service & satisfaction.
• Identifying Growth Opportunities – Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Understanding Client Needs – Provide tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.
• Driving New Business – Identify and map out new opportunities within your portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational & time management skills to juggle multiple accounts.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer success.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy team environment.
