Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales development and channel expansion in the UK and Ireland markets. Regularly collect market intelligence, analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, formulate and implement localized sales strategies, adjust product promotion plans, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment between sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and product supply. Provide timely market feedback and support the optimization of product strategies and marketing plans.
- Based on the company’s annual sales targets, develop regional sales plans and ensure their achievement. Monitor sales performance, analyze customers’ sell-in, sell-through, and inventory levels, and improve the accuracy of sales forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluent in English as a working language. Major in International Economics and Trade, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiar with the UK and Ireland consumer electronics and home appliance market; candidates with established local key account (KA) channel resources and government procurement resources are highly preferred.
- Strong market analysis capability, with the ability to accurately assess market demand and competitive landscape and develop effective market strategies accordingly.
- Holder of permanent residency status or a valid long-term residence permit in the UK or Ireland.
