At Effisus, we develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions for waterproofing, sealing, and protecting buildings’ façades and roofs. Our innovative systems support sustainable construction and long-term building envelope performance.


We are seeking a senior Key Account Manager to expand our footprint in the UK by managing strategic clients and promoting our flashing and sealing systems for the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and grow business opportunities in the roofing and façade sector, especially with contractors and distributors
  • Promote building envelope solutions, focusing on waterproofing, sealing, and flashing products
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide custom solutions for complex projects
  • Stay informed on industry innovations and regulations impacting the building envelope sector


Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years' experience in technical sales within construction/building envelope or building materials
  • Solid track record working with contractors, roofing companies, or distributors
  • English - Native
  • Based in the Greater London Area
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in facade systems, waterproofing, or roof sealing
  • Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn for B2B sales
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business (not mandatory)
