Role Description

This is a part time on-site position for a Business Development Manager, located in Sawbridgeworth. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, driving sales, and meeting revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, making data-driven business decisions, and supporting the creation and execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of the Vehicle rental sector
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to develop strategic growth plans
• Project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and accomplish goals in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the car rental or automotive industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
