The Role

We’re looking for a driven 360 Consultant with experience recruiting across Tech, Finance, or Data markets. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build long-term client partnerships, and deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment: business development, client management, candidate sourcing and placement
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships within Tech, Finance, and/or Data
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer management
• Acting as a trusted market advisor to both clients and candidates

About You

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Background recruiting in Tech, Finance, and/or Data
• Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
