The role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on outreach to installers – identifying opportunities, picking up the phone, starting conversations, and showing them why adopting Homely helps them sell more heat pumps and reduce operational overheads.


You don’t need to come in as a technical expert - full product training is provided. What matters most is energy, ambition, and the grit to keep going until you get results.


What you’ll do

  • Identify opportunities through research and market information
  • Prospect and engage installers through high-volume outbound calling
  • Qualify interest, understand installer needs, and communicate Homely’s value clearly
  • Upsell the benefits of Homely: smoother installs, better customer outcomes, reduced overheads
  • Book meetings / demos for deeper technical follow-up where needed
  • Build and manage a pipeline, keeping CRM notes clean and up to date
  • Follow up consistently to move opportunities from “interested” to “active”
  • Share feedback from installers to help improve our messaging, positioning, and sales approach
  • Help promote Homely on social channels, including LinkedIn
  • Hit and exceed targets - with clear visibility of your performance and impact

  • Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
  • Results-oriented - you like targets and you want to beat them
  • Coachable, curious, and able to learn fast (we’ll train you on the product)
  • Organised with strong follow-up habits and good attention to detail
  • Experience in outbound sales / telesales / appointment setting is a plus (but not essential)
  • Occasional travel may be required to support events / client meetings
