B2B SaaS Sales Executive – UK

Salary - £45-60k plus commission


Our client is an AI-powered, 24/7 sales and lead management platform built specifically for the health and fitness industry. The platform acts as a virtual, multilingual sales agent, enabling fitness operators to capture, qualify, and convert leads across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media without increasing staff headcount. They are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join the UK team. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing the full sales cycle, selling an innovative AI-powered solution into health and fitness operators. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, sector-focused SaaS business where you will have significant impact on revenue growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own new business hunting: identify, research, and target high‑value fitness operators, creating and executing your own outreach plan.
  • Build and grow a strong, qualified pipeline through high‑volume, high‑quality outbound activity (calls, email, social, events).
  • Run the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, from first contact through discovery, demo, proposal, and close with clear next steps at every stage.
  • Deliver sharp, persuasive demos and pitches that clearly link our AI solution to revenue growth, lead conversion, and cost savings.
  • Relentlessly drive deals forward, overcoming objections, navigating stakeholders, and keeping a tight handle on timelines and decision processes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting, with clear visibility on pipeline coverage and progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Consistently hit and aim to exceed sales targets, treating quota as a baseline, not a ceiling.


Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS new business sales, consistently beating target.
  • Proven hunter: comfortable with high outbound activity and building your own pipeline.
  • Strong closer with a track record of running full-cycle deals and winning net-new logos.
  • Confident, concise communicator who can pitch and negotiate with senior decision-makers.
  • Commercially sharp: able to link product value to revenue, conversion, and ROI.
  • Self-starting, competitive mindset with high resilience and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
