Senior Business Development Consultant - Tech Recruitment Leeds
Hybrid - Agency-side
I'm working with a high-growth Leeds-based tech recruitment firm (7 consultants, £5m+ turnover) looking to hire a senior BD-led consultant to help drive their next phase of growth.
This is a role for someone who:
- comes from agency-side tech recruitment
- has billed £200k+ and can credibly advise a CTO on engineering leadership strategy
- is comfortable selling at CTO / leadership level
- enjoys winning senior work and shaping relationships, not just filling jobs
The business combines recruitment with executive coaching and consultancy, so conversations are advisory and long-term rather than transactional.
The offer:
£120k+ OTE realistic for strong performers. Hybrid in Leeds (Mondays in office).
High autonomy, no KPI theatre.
