Executive Search Consultant

Tribal Recruitment - The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters is looking for a Executive Search Consultant

Job description

Our client is a privately owned professional services firm that partners with organisations to support critical leadership and growth-related appointments.

Founded with the aim of connecting high-calibre individuals with ambitious businesses, the firm operates across multiple sectors and works with clients at varying stages of maturity, from emerging organisations to established international enterprises.

Their approach is relationship-led and advisory in nature, underpinned by strong market understanding and a commitment to long-term impact.

The business is values-driven, with a strong emphasis on responsible practices, inclusive decision-making, and sustainable growth. Internally, the firm places significant importance on culture, collaboration, and the development of its people, believing that long-term success is built through trust, quality, and shared ownership.

The organisation operates internationally and supports clients across several regions, with a meaningful proportion of its work conducted outside its home market.

The Role

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to appoint a small number of early-career professionals to join their delivery team.

This position offers a structured learning and development pathway, working closely with experienced colleagues on high-impact projects involving senior stakeholders. The role provides exposure to complex assignments, market research, stakeholder engagement, and advisory work, with increasing responsibility over time.

The successful individuals will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages autonomy, curiosity, and commercial thinking. As experience grows, the role will evolve to include greater ownership of client relationships, project management, and the development of a personal area of expertise within the business.
