Sales Executive – London

£30,000 base salary + uncapped commission

No prior sales experience required

Our client is looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to join their sales team as a Sales Executive. If you’re confident speaking with new people, eager to learn, and want a role that offers both development and high earning potential, this is an excellent place to start.

This is an entry point into a commercial career where transferable skills are valued more than previous experience. All training is provided, and you’ll be supported as you grow into a successful revenue generator.

About the Position

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating new business opportunities and building the early stages of client relationships. You’ll gain exposure to different industries, learn how to uncover customer needs, and position solutions that genuinely align with their challenges.

It’s a dynamic role with plenty of variety — from researching potential clients to leading conversations that spark long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and researching prospective customers across various sectors
• Reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email, and digital channels
• Holding initial conversations to understand requirements and generate interest
• Qualifying opportunities and passing them to the wider sales team
• Supporting account managers with early-stage relationship building
• Developing strong product knowledge and confidence in consultative selling
