Our clients include leading businesses within Animal Nutrition, Food Ingredients, Chemicals and Agro-Chemicals, and you’ll work directly with organisations at the forefront of these industries.
The Role:
As a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates for mid to senior-level and retained positions
- Developing new business and building client relationships across global markets
- Managing client accounts end-to-end once onboarded
- Guiding candidates through the full hiring process, from initial screening through to offer negotiation
- Building deep market knowledge and establishing yourself as a specialist within your sector
This is a client-facing role offering a high level of ownership and autonomy from an early stage.

Working Pattern:
The role will be office-based during your initial training period, before moving to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two working from home.
