Façade Design Opportunities

Locations: London, Hertfordshire, Essex & Kent

Working Options: Remote, Hybrid & Office-Based

Salary Range: £55,000 – £75,000 (dependent on) + generous package

The Opportunity

Multiple façade contractors and specialist envelope businesses are seeking experienced Façade Design professionals at various levels to support a strong and growing pipeline of work. Opportunities are available across London and the South East, with flexible working arrangements offered depending on role and employer.

The Clients

Clients range from new build façade and envelope contractors through to Principal Contractors specialising in façade remediation and recladding. They deliver high-quality façade solutions on residential and complex commercial projects, working for Tier 1 Main Contractors as well as directly as Principal Contractor.

Façade systems include:

• Stone cladding
• GRC and precast systems
• Rainscreen cladding
• Glazing and curtain walling
• Architectural Metalwork

The Roles

Depending on level and experience, responsibilities may include:

• Producing façade design and fabrication drawings
• Revit modelling and BIM coordination
• Technical detailing of façade systems
• Design coordination with consultants and site teams
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to construction
• Ensuring designs comply with specifications, regulations, and standards

Candidate Requirements

• Experience within the façade or building envelope sector
• Knowledge of one or more façade systems (stone, GRC, rainscreen, glazing, curtain walling)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (role dependent)
• Strong technical and coordination skills
• Ability to work on residential and complex commercial projects
