Senior Manager – Reward Advisory (Consulting)

Multiple UK offices

Hybrid – 3 days on-site

£80k–£120k + bonus

MUST HAVE CONSULTING EXPERIENCE! (Whether current or in past positions)!

I am supporting a Senior Manager hire into a Workforce Reward team within a leading advisory practice.

Profile they’re looking for:

• Strong reward background (consulting or in-house)

• Comfortable in a client-facing advisory role

• Solid technical reward foundations + commercial mindset

• Confident leading projects and influencing stakeholders

Scope of the role:

• End-to-end reward strategy (UK & global)

• Pay transparency, performance frameworks

• Job architecture, levelling, grading & job evaluation

• Bonus & LTI design, reward modelling & benchmarking

• Leading client delivery + managing project teams

• Coaching junior consultants & contributing commercially
