£45,000 salary

Oxford | Permanent | Hybrid

Looking to step into a senior role with a respected, multi-award-winning AJ100 practice? This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative Oxford studio working on large-scale science, research, education, and healthcare projects across the UK and beyond

You’ll be part of a well-established practice with 7 UK offices and around 60 staff, offering genuine support, clear progression, and high-quality work throughout all RIBA stages.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design and coordination across RIBA stages

• Support and guide junior team members

• Deliver planning, technical, and Revit-based project work

✅ Skills & Experience Required

• RIBA Part 3 / ARB registered

• Solid UK practice experience

• Strong Revit capability

• Confident working across design and technical stages
