Building the Future of Education
As a Senior Design Coordinator, you’ll bring solid experience leading design development on new‑build education schemes or experience within the modular construction sector.
You will have:
- Proven experience coordinating design for schools or education facilities and the practical realities of designing for live or sensitive learning environments.
- A strong background working with multidisciplinary design teams, interpreting client requirements, and driving design solutions that are compliant, buildable, and aligned with project budgets and programme milestones.
- Experience managing design information through RIBA stages, including technical design, pre‑construction coordination, and support through manufacturing and installation.
- Ideally, hands-on experience with modular or offsite construction, including an understanding of the interfaces between factory-produced components, structural systems, M&E integration, and site installation.
- A proven ability to lead design workshops, engage confidently with clients and consultants, and resolve technical queries quickly and collaboratively.
- Strong working knowledge of modern construction processes, BIM environments, design management tools, and industry standards.
This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, working proactively with design partners, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and well‑coordinated design information from concept to completion.
