Corporate Associate / Senior Associate | 5+ PQE | Birmingham | Up to £115k + Benefits

A leading international law firm is continuing to invest heavily in its Birmingham corporate practice and is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Associate or Senior Associate. With a strong global reputation and clear long‑term growth strategy, this is a standout opportunity for a corporate lawyer seeking top‑quality work outside London.

You’ll advise a diverse and sophisticated client base, including entrepreneurs, family‑owned businesses, private equity houses and established corporates. The work is complex and high value, covering:

• Cross‑border M&A transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investments
• Corporate governance and ongoing advisory work

This role offers genuine autonomy and influence. You’ll have the scope to grow your own practice, leverage an established client base and benefit from strong cross‑referrals, all within a supportive and commercially driven international platform.

Who They’re Looking For

• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• 5+ PQE Corporate Solicitor with strong transactional experience
• Excellent commercial judgement and technical ability
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset and appetite for progression
