Corporate Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Birmingham | Competitive Package (up to £115k) & Benefits

A leading international law firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate, to support the continued growth of its corporate offering in Birmingham. With significant investment in its regional offices and a strong reputation, this is a rare opportunity to join a firm looking to continue on a strong growth trajectory.

The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:

• Cross-border M&A transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
• Corporate governance and general advisory matters

This role offers real influence: you will have the autonomy to grow your own practice while leveraging an existing client base, strong cross-referral networks, and the support of a progressive national leadership team.

The Candidate

• England and Wales qualified solicitor.
• Experienced Corporate Solicitor with proven transactional expertise
• Excellent commercial and technical skills
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious mindset with a desire to play a central role in firm growth
