Vibe Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our creative team, supporting the delivery of fast-moving, design-led projects for ambitious brands.

This role suits someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and confident managing multiple creative workflows at once. You will be the link between strategy, design, and delivery, keeping projects on track, teams aligned, and clients informed.

What you will be doing

• Managing end-to-end delivery of creative and design projects
• Coordinating designers, creatives, and external partners
• Building and managing timelines, scopes, and budgets
• Keeping projects moving smoothly in a fast-paced agency environment
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and clients

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Production Manager within a creative or design agency
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence juggling multiple projects at different stages
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment
• Interest in design, innovation, and emerging tools such as AI (a bonus, not a requirement)
