About the Role:
Our client, a global investment advisory firm, is seeking a Benefits Lead to build and manage the EMEA benefits and rewards offering. Reporting to the Managing Direction, Total Rewards, you will be responsible for the analysis and management of employee benefits programs across the EMEA region. It is an exciting time for the business with new offices opening and further growth planned for the region. You will be joining a collaborative HR team, and this will be an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the EMEA region where you will play a pivotal role in building out their benefits offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer EMEA employee benefits and rewards programs
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and reporting requirements
- Conduct market benchmarking and data analysis to maintain competitiveness
- Create a market leading benefits program as the organisation continues to expand across EMEA
- Provide insights and partner with senior leaders internationally as well as local teams
- Support global mobility and compensation initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in benefits or reward (preferably in financial services)
- Strong knowledge of global benefits trends and local compliance requirements
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
