Job description
Building the UK After-Sales Service System
Develop and implement after-sales service strategies, processes, team structures, and governance mechanisms tailored for the UK market.
Break down and localize the headquarters' service brand and strategy implementation elements.
Translate core headquarters service brand indicators (e.g., Customer Satisfaction Index-CSI, Net Promoter Score-NPS, response time, transparency) into executable business pathways and operational manuals for the UK market.
Establish and manage a service network:
Design and implement a nationwide service partnership network in the UK to support sales expansion; oversee service provider recruitment, contract negotiations, and performance management.
Set up a parts storage and distribution system:
Build local parts warehouses and distribution channels to ensure rapid response for high-frequency parts, while optimizing inventory structure.
Provide systems, training, and business support:
After the service network goes live, lead the deployment of CRM/after-sales systems, conduct personnel training, and offer operational support to ensure service providers quickly become operational.
Promote localization of consumable and wear-prone parts:
Drive local procurement and supply chain development for high-frequency wear-and-tear and maintenance parts to reduce costs and shorten delivery times.
Build a local service ecosystem:
Establish strategic partnerships with insurance companies, road rescue services, training institutions, technical service providers, and others to create a sustainable local service ecosystem.
搭建英国售后服务体系
制定并落地英国市场的售后服务战略、流程、团队架构与治理机制。
分解并本地化总部服务品牌、服务策略落地要素
将总部服务品牌核心(如CSI、NPS、响应时效、透明度)转化为英国本地可执行的业务路径与运营手册。
建设并管理服务网络
设计并落地覆盖英国全国的服务合作网络,支持销售扩张;负责服务商招募、合同谈判与绩效管控。
建立配件仓储与配送体系
搭建本地配件仓库与配送渠道,确保高频配件快速响应,优化库存结构。
提供系统、培训与业务支持
在服务网络上线后,主导CRM/售后系统部署、人员培训、业务流程支持,确保服务商快速上轨。
推进易损易耗件本地化
推动高频易损件、保养件的本地采购与供应链建设,降低成本、缩短交期。
构建本地服务生态
与保险公司、道路救援、培训机构、技术服务商等建立战略合作,打造可持续的服务生态圈。
