Corporate Associate (3–7 PQE) – Elite US Platform | London

Associates qualified in the UK or Australia and New Zealand will be considered.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, including:

• Private equity investments and exits
• Cross-border M&A (buy-side and sell-side)
• Joint ventures and strategic investments
• Corporate structuring and advisory matters

The team is particularly active across international sponsor-led transactions and complex multi-jurisdictional deals.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions
• Technically strong with excellent drafting skills
